My Experience & Expertise

I’m Rebecca Stiles, a health and wellness writer with diverse credentials and experience. With a background as a registered dietitian specializing in oncology and nutrition support, I’ve spent years helping people navigate their health journeys.

 

In my almost 20 years in the wellness field, I've worked in hospitals, taught group yoga classes, provided individual nutrition counseling, trained yoga teachers, developed books and curriculums, and written hundreds of thousands of words about health and nutrition.

 

My work has been featured in Chicago Health Magazine, Yoga Journal, Chicago Caregiving, and behind the scenes for some of the top health and wellness influencers.

My Story

HEALTH & WELLNESS ADVOCATE

My journey began as a registered dietitian in oncology, where I provided nutrition support to cancer patients. This work taught me the importance of practical, science-based guidance in helping people navigate the often confusing world of nutrition.

COMBINING WELLNESS PRACTICES

After becoming a mother, I was looking for other ways to recharge and found yoga. This personal journey led me to earn both my 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher certifications, allowing me to merge my knowledge of nutrition with the holistic practices of yoga.

EXPANDING MY REACH

Over the years, I’ve channeled my expertise into creating content that educates, engages, and empowers readers. Today, I focus on helping professionals in the health and wellness industry translate their knowledge into clear, compelling content.
